Important: Digital Product Policy
n8n Basket is a marketplace for digital products (n8n workflow files). Due to the nature of digital goods that can be instantly downloaded and copied, all sales are generally final. Please review workflow descriptions, demos, and previews carefully before purchasing.
1. General Policy
All purchases on n8n Basket are final and non-refundable by default. When you purchase a workflow, you receive instant access to download the digital file. Once downloaded, the transaction is considered complete. We encourage all buyers to:
- Read the complete workflow description before purchasing
- Watch the demo video (if available) to understand functionality
- Review the node structure and complexity shown on the listing page
- Check seller reviews and ratings
- Ask questions via the contact form before buying if unsure
2. Exceptions: Fraudulent or Scam Listings
Refunds may be considered only in cases where our customer support team determines that the listing is genuinely fraudulent or a scam. This includes:
- The workflow file is completely empty or contains no functional nodes
- The workflow contains malicious code designed to harm your systems
- The listing is a deliberate misrepresentation (e.g., claims to integrate with 10 services but contains no integrations)
- The seller has uploaded a file that is not a valid n8n workflow at all
Refund Decision Authority
The decision to grant a refund is at the sole discretion of n8n Basket's customer support team. We will investigate each claim thoroughly. Simply not liking a workflow, finding it too complex, or changing your mind are NOT valid reasons for a refund.
3. What Does NOT Qualify for Refund
Refunds will NOT be granted for:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Duplicate purchases (accidental or otherwise)
- Technical skill mismatch - if the workflow is too advanced for your skill level
- Compatibility issues with your specific n8n version or self-hosted setup
- Missing third-party credentials - you are responsible for having valid API keys, accounts, etc.
- Customization requirements - if you need to modify the workflow for your use case
- Workflow works as described but doesn't meet your specific expectations
- Issues caused by your modifications to the original workflow
- Third-party service changes - if an API the workflow uses changes after purchase
4. How to Report a Fraudulent Listing
If you believe you have purchased a fraudulent or scam workflow, follow these steps:
- Email our support team at support@n8nbasket.comwith the subject line: "Fraud Report - [Order ID]"
- Provide detailed evidence including:
- Your order ID and purchase date
- Screenshots of the listing description
- Screenshots showing the issue with the workflow
- Clear explanation of why you believe it's fraudulent
- Wait for investigation - Our team will review within 3-5 business days
- Receive decision - We will email you our final decision
5. Investigation Process
When we receive a fraud report, our team will:
- Review the original listing and all claims made by the seller
- Examine the workflow file to verify its contents
- Compare the delivered product against the listing description
- Contact the seller for their response (if applicable)
- Make a final determination based on our findings
6. If Refund is Approved
In the rare case that a refund is approved:
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method
- Processing time: 5-10 business days depending on your bank
- The fraudulent listing will be removed from the marketplace
- The seller's account may be suspended or terminated
7. Seller Protection
We also protect our sellers from fraudulent refund claims. Buyers who submit false fraud reports or attempt to abuse the refund system may have their accounts suspended.
8. Cancellation Policy
Since digital products are delivered instantly upon payment, cancellation is not possible once a purchase is complete. If you experience a payment error or double-charge, please contact our support team immediately with your payment details.
