  • The workflow does not function as described in the listing
  • The workflow contains significant errors that prevent normal operation
  • The workflow is missing critical components mentioned in the description
  • You request a refund within 7 days of purchase

Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will NOT be granted for:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Inability to use the workflow due to lack of technical knowledge
  • Issues caused by modifications you made to the workflow
  • Compatibility issues with your specific n8n setup that were not guaranteed
  • Requests made more than 7 days after purchase

Refund Process

Step 2: Review

Our team will review your request within 2-3 business days. We may ask for additional information or evidence of the issue.

Step 3: Resolution

If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Seller Responsibility

Sellers are responsible for ensuring their workflows function as described. Repeated valid refund requests against a seller may result in account review or suspension.

Dispute Resolution

If you disagree with a refund decision, you may appeal by responding to our support team with additional information. Final decisions on refunds are at the discretion of n8n Basket.
