Starter n8n workflow for teams that want low-rating Google Business Profile-style review events turned into a clear internal alert and response draft. It accepts a webhook payload, normalizes reviewer, rating, comment, business location, review URL, and threshold fields, then returns priority, alert text, and a human-review response draft for Slack, Gmail, Help Scout, Zendesk, CRM notes, or Sheets. No Google credentials, customer data, private endpoints, live review APIs, or public-posting automation are included.
