Description

It accepts a webhook payload, normalizes ticket id, requester, priority, status, created time, last response time, and SLA hours, then returns breach status, elapsed hours, remaining hours, escalation level, owner, internal alert copy, and a neutral response draft. No credentials, private endpoints, helpdesk API tokens, or customer data are included. Import the JSON into n8n, test the webhook with the sample payload, then connect the final alert payload to your preferred support desk, Slack, email, CRM, or spreadsheet node.
