1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using n8n Basket ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

n8n Basket is a digital marketplace platform that enables users to buy and sell n8n automation workflow files (JSON format). We provide the technology and platform to facilitate these transactions. All products sold are digital goods delivered instantly via download.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3.3 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use our services.

4. Seller Terms

4.1 Listing Requirements

• You must own or have rights to sell the workflows you list
• Listings must be accurate, complete, and not misleading
• Workflows must not contain malicious code, security vulnerabilities, or backdoors
• All sensitive credentials, API keys, and personal data must be removed before listing
• You must respond to buyer inquiries in a timely manner

4.2 Platform Commission

n8n Basket charges a 12% platform fee on each sale. For sales made through seller referral links, the fee is reduced to 10%. Therefore:

• Direct Sales: Sellers receive 88% of the sale price
• Referral Sales: Sellers receive 90% of the sale price

Razorpay payment processing fees are additional and deducted by Razorpay directly.

4.3 Seller Payouts

Seller earnings are calculated based on completed purchases. Payout schedules and methods are subject to our operational policies and may require sellers to complete identity verification for high-value payouts.

5. Buyer Terms

5.1 Purchases

All purchases of digital products are final. By purchasing a workflow, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it for your own personal or business purposes. Redistribution, resale, or sharing of purchased workflows is strictly prohibited.

5.2 Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are not provided except in cases where our customer support team determines that a listing is fraudulent or a scam. Please read our complete Refund Policy for detailed information.

5.3 License Restrictions

You may NOT: resell, redistribute, share publicly, sublicense, or claim ownership of purchased workflows. One purchase = one user license.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or attempt to compromise platform security
• Engage in fraudulent activities, including false refund claims
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Attempt to circumvent platform fees or payment systems
• Create multiple accounts for abuse or fraud
• Scrape, copy, or extract data from the platform
• Use the platform to distribute spam or unsolicited communications

7. Intellectual Property

Sellers retain ownership of their workflow designs. By listing on our platform, sellers grant n8n Basket a license to display, market, and facilitate the sale of their workflows. Buyers receive a license to use purchased workflows but do not receive ownership or intellectual property rights.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform and all workflows are provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that any workflow will meet your specific requirements, be compatible with your systems, or that the Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free. Sellers are solely responsible for the quality and functionality of their workflows.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, n8n Basket and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform or any workflows purchased through it. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific transaction in question.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless n8n Basket and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, suspicious activity, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. You may also delete your account at any time.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with Indian law.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India for any disputes arising from these Terms.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
