By accessing and using n8n Basket ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

n8n Basket is a marketplace platform that enables users to buy and sell n8n automation workflows. We provide the technology and platform to facilitate these transactions but are not party to any transaction between buyers and sellers.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Seller Terms

4.1 Listing Requirements

• You must own or have rights to sell the workflows you list
• Listings must be accurate and not misleading
• Workflows must not contain malicious code or security vulnerabilities
• Sensitive credentials must be removed before listing

4.2 Commission

n8n Basket charges a 20% commission on each sale. Sellers receive 80% of the sale price. Payment processing fees may apply.

5. Buyer Terms

5.1 Purchases

All purchases are final. By purchasing a workflow, you receive a license to use it for your own purposes. Redistribution or resale is prohibited.

5.2 Refund Policy

Refunds may be requested within 7 days of purchase if the workflow does not function as described. Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Upload malicious code or attempt to compromise security
• Engage in fraudulent activities
• Harass or harm other users
• Circumvent platform fees
• Create multiple accounts for abuse

7. Intellectual Property

Sellers retain ownership of their workflows. By listing on our platform, sellers grant n8n Basket a license to display, market, and facilitate the sale of their workflows. Buyers receive a license to use purchased workflows but not ownership.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that workflows will meet your specific requirements or that the Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

n8n Basket shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform or any workflows purchased through it.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold n8n Basket harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may also delete your account at any time.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
