Description
1. Order Pipeline Customer fills out an online shopping form (name, email, product, quantity, price, SKU) Data is cleaned and saved to a Google Sheets "Order Table" Inventory is checked by SKU ā if stock is available, it's deducted and the order status is updated to "Confirmed" A confirmation email is sent to the customer via Gmail If out of stock ā waits 5 hours, then sends a "Stock Not Available" message š¦ 2. Shipping & Tracking Pipeline A webhook receives the tracking ID from the post office A tracking ID email is sent to the customer After a 3-day wait, a review request email is automatically sent š¬ 3. Customer Support Pipeline A separate form collects customer queries Queries are passed to a Google Gemini AI agent for automated responses The AI reply is sent back to the customer via email šø 4. Refund Pipeline A webhook receives refund requests Eligibility is checked against the database If eligible ā database is updated + "Successfully Refunded" email is sent If not eligible ā a rejection email is sent
