Description

Form Submission — A lead fills out a "Work with us" form (name, phone, email, company, role, request, company size). Phone Validation — The number is standardized to a 10-digit format. If invalid, it's logged to a Google Sheet and the flow stops. AI Phone Call via Vapi — A valid number triggers an outbound call through Vapi's AI voice assistant, personalized with the lead's name, company, and request. Polling Loop — The workflow waits and repeatedly checks the call status until it shows "ended." Outcome Logging — Once the call ends, it checks if it hit a voicemail or was completed, then logs the result to the appropriate Google Sheet tab.
