HR Invoice Automation HR Invoice Automation is an AI-powered workflow that automates the complete invoice processing and validation process directly from email. Simply send an invoice PDF to the company’s connected Gmail account, and the workflow automatically identifies invoice emails by detecting the word “invoice” in the subject line, regardless of capitalization or common variations. The workflow extracts important invoice details such as invoice number, vendor name, GSTIN, GST amount, total amount, date, and currency. It then validates the GSTIN format and checks the invoice for possible calculation anomalies. If the invoice is in a currency other than INR, the workflow automatically converts the amount into Indian Rupees (INR) before recording it. All processed invoice details, validation results, and fraud flags are automatically appended to a Google Sheet for record keeping. A processing summary is also sent to the manager for cross-verification. If a potential fraud or inconsistency is detected, the manager receives a separate email containing the specific fraud reason, allowing them to review the invoice before further processing.
